Good rates, very comfortable rooms. You couldn't ask for nicer people.

Cozy, yet affordable accommodation on the main street. Apparently, the former private home. The keys may be approx. One kilometer to get to the restaurant, which is at the same time for breakfast.

Hidden gem b & b in our minds great service and excellent food!

Such a great guest house right in Osoyoos. Check in, check out, and breakfast are at the Ambrosia reasturant which is literally a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk. For breakfast you have your choice of anything on the breakfast menu, which is great for picky eaters.
We stayed in the Emerald room located upstairs which was big and clean. A small tv is located in the room for entertainment, but otherwise it is pretty standard.
The rest of the house has a large kitchen and dining room on the main floor and a tv/games room down in the basement. There are also outdoor games to set up in the backyard. Although we didn't really use any of these items, they looked as if they were in good shape.
The only thing i noticed was there are no separate AC units for each room so the whole house is controlled by a thermostat on the main floor. Although the heat wasn't anything to worry about for our visit in May, it may be something to consider if visiting in July or August.
Overall a great place to stay and we will be back
