Mindful Studio Plus

I have taken a couple of beginner yoga classes with Yinet and it is always a great experience. Her studio is very welcoming and she is a patient and knowledgeable yoga instructor. She truly cares for her students' well being and has a variety of classes for all levels and abilities. She even has yoga classes for kids and my daughter is a regular participant! She loves it and uses many of the breathing and focus techniques to help her throughout the day whether it is to get more energy, to relax, to concentrate, or to help her sleep at bedtime. Highly recommend Mindful Studio +!

Yinet is an excellent yoga instructor. She is passionate about her teachings and explains the importance of breathing in each practice. What a blessing to have her in Osoyoos. NAMASTE

Yinet is simply amazing. My daughter has had 3 sets of kids yoga with her and absolutely loves going. We have always had issues with her finding a way to calm down and since yoga came into her life, she calms down right away. Yinet has taught her so much and I could not be happier.

My 3 girls have done 2 sessions of Yinet’s Kid’s Yoga and absolutely love it. They look forward to going every week and I love that they are learning stretching and breathing and being able to find the calm in all the craziness of life. So thankful for everything they get to experience with this class at such a young age. I believe these skills and experiences will be beneficial in the years to come!!
