A big shout out to Sam and the staff at the store for ensuring I received a TV that was in their store, but they agreed to ship to a different store with no hesitancy. They did not have to do this, but it certainly made my day and I am truly grateful for this unselfish and great service - 5 stars

I recently purchased an item at this store. The manager Aaron, was helpful and knowledgeable and explained all my options before Black Friday sales. Due to Covid I was asked to prearrange my visit to the store. I did so and Calvin was extremely helpful and gave me terrific customer service. I went back a week later with questions and he was very accommodating. The manager should be proud of his employees as I thought the store was well run, but respectful of restrictions and rules.
Good job, all. I would go back there to shop or ask questions anytime, phoning ahead first though.

I want to thank everyone at The Source for going above and beyond in their service - they truly are exceptional. Would give 10 stars if I could. Over a few days they helped a family member who is hard of hearing get set up with the two perfect TVs she wanted and we really appreciate their awesomeness. Thank you so much!

These guys are amazing. Have tried other Source stores but no one else measures up to them. Always cheerful, tremendous and good at everything I have with all my store needs. Won't shop any where else for electroncs.

Very helpful and friendly staff, highly recommend this place for most of your electronic needs! It has always been clean and staff follow covid protocol very closely. I've been there hundred of times and more than double the hours, and have always had a positive experience! And remember, always treat everyone with respect during these difficult times!
