Days Inn & Conference Centre - Penticton

Big rooms slightly outdated but clean, beds are very comfortable, great pool, located very close to beach and restaurant, good price.

Best hotel experience on our trip. Jamie at the front desk gave exceptional customer service, she even gave us a courtesy call to see how things were going. They also had fresh free cookies when you checked inn. The rooms were super clean and spacious with a full kitchen. The morning breakfast had various options and was delicious. We would definitely come back in the future, it was an all around memorable experience.

Comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and a decent breakfast in the morning. I forgot something in my room on a stay and they mailed it to me no problem. I will stay here again if in the Penticton area.

We coordinated a Wedding Reception from California by telephone with Ken and his staff in Penticton, via several calls and email. The entire staff including Katherine who works in the Black Iron Steakhouse, were helpful, accommodating and helped make the day a beautiful success. Kasey was on the job when Ken was away, she was happy to help in any and every way we asked. These days it is quite unusual to find people who care or understand the needs of their customers, at the Days Inn in Pentiction they do, we appreciate all of their efforts, and Thank them all so much! We would call on them again in an instant!
