In the case of the one star review from Brian Rennhack, we researched our records thoroughly and this person has NEVER been a customer of Ellis Creek Autobody since our opening in 2015.

Truly exceptional service. I highly recommend going to Ellis Creek Autobody. Mike, the manager, made the whole process efficient and pain-free. He was able to arrange everything I needed (courtesy car and all) and kept me up to date on how the repairs were going. The work was well done and completed in no time at all. I appreciated my experience here and having everything sorted out in such a timely fashion.

This business impressed me. My car was hit and run while parked on this street. They hit it so hard that the entire driver's side was damaged and the car bounced off the curb and back onto the street, damaging all 4 tires and causing extreme damage to the front steering system so the 2 front wheels were pointing at each other. The $ damage was almost the price of replacing the car, yet ICBC decided to repair instead of replace. Therefore, many parts had to be ordered for a car that just began its production run about 2 years earlier so not a lot of spare parts were available.
Hence, it took 2.5 months for the car to be repaired as the parts drifted in from all over the world. First, they gave called me week-by-week to tell me the status of the repairs. Kudos to them because they repaired to car to better than before, even after all the very sad damage that some jerk caused. They accommodated me with a courtesy car the entire time, even though it caused them great inconvenience. For that I am very grateful because it was a very snowy winter and my family had to attend numerous appointments due to medical issues. Thank you very much, Ellis Creek Autobody!
