Brand X competitor in Penticton wanted nothing to do with me.. so I walked into the Canadian Hearing Centre. Receptionist BRENDA was just AMAZING. She introduced me to Dr. Gallagher who has been so VERY helpful. These people know what customer service is all about. 5 stars ++++++
