Jiffy Lube

My mom stopped at Penticton Jiffy Lube after her check engine light came on a few times, when she was travelling across BC. She had been really worried about this, and a couple of other places didn't really help or explain this in a way she understood. The guys here were kind, listened to her, and took the time to help her understand what was happening in addition to fixing the problem. She asked me to write this review as she was thrilled with their service, but couldn't figure out how to write a review on the internet!

Great crew great sevice.everytime.

Fast efficient. We had no wait time. Oil change became winter check up and more expensive but now we know all oils and filters are good.

I came in with my older motor home afraid you might not be able to accommodate me. Because it was the transmission oil flush with the oil filter change, and a coolant change I made an appointment. Sure enough, all was ready for me when I arrived. It was very professional job right from the booking, up to my check out. Definitely you deserve a 5 stars review. Thanks again.

Beyond AMAZING service and such knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend these guys to anyone. Mylan is fantastic and I really appreciate him taking the time to properly break things down so I could understand my own engine and how to check everything on my own if need be.
