National Car Rental

Very small rental centre that had only one car available. Took off one star for selection and one star for the office size.
Lady was very friendly but didn’t know if they had a car or not and had to ask someone else who was just leaving to pick someone up at the airport.
I believe if that person would have left we would not have been able to get a vehicle at this facility.
The car is a 2019 Mazda 3, it was very clean but took some time to be able to operate as it has a push button emergency brake and we received no instructions on the use of the vehicle.

Me and My Girlfriend have been renting vehicles from this location for a number of years now and are always treated extremely well by the great staff that works at this location. I was reminded again as to why I go there in the first place on a recent rental over the Labour Day weekend. For the first time during a rental we experienced a flat tire with a nail in it while we were down in the US and had to really work at getting it fixed as due to the holiday most places were not open. Upon returning our car, Sam was able to help us find more efficient ways of dealing with these kind of mishaps in the future and offered some assistance to cover our down time. I always feel like this location does an outstanding job for their clients.
