I had the most wonderful experience at Hyundai! Michael H. and his manager Mark were incredibly easy and nice to deal with, didn't pressure me into anything I wasn't interested in, didn't pull any of the stereotypical car salesmen behaviour, went the extra mile and helped me get the perfect car for me. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

Mike has a great knowledge of electric cars. Even if he doesn't know the answer to your question, he will find out as quickly as possible. He stresses correct information rather than fast information, which I think is exemplary service.

We couldn't be happier with our new Hyundai Kona, the car itself is fun to drive and great on gas, and going through the whole buying process could not have been easier! I just bought a 2019 Santa Fe. The whole process went super smooth and everyone was so helpful. I bought the car through Alex and Michael and they were awesome. I would like to commend the great service at Penticton Hyundai .As well as fixing my flat on my wonderful 2016 Elantra GT on short notice a couple of weeks ago , after swapping my tires to summers myself after about 100 km. I discovered a strange noise.I dropped in to find out what it could be.
Mechanic Justin analyzed the problem as being some loose lug nuts which had backed off from the torqued spec. Fixed the issue in minutes and I was on my way.Thanks to everyone I feel well looked after and will recommend this dealership to all.
