The young man who was working today was very helpful and we had a great conversation. ??

The lady that was working was very friendly .and lots info and good prices .on some souvenirs. And as we where leaving the young man that worked there was coming to work. His co work said look i was just thinking you where going to miss our little dog ...

Super helpful staff and lots of souvenirs to choose from, along with some locally made fruit syrups and jams.

Not pleased with parking there ..the city of Penticton would let me have business and have no parking and this is not the first time it's many times when you have to park two blocks away thats problem.. The facility it's self is fantastic

Awesome. This the BEST visitors centre. They were knowledgeable. Had an up to date list of local activities by day. Asked about our interests and length of time we were in the area. Then gave us a card with activities, date, time and directions.
