Staff are helpful but they don't hover. I knew what I wanted and just mentioned that and they added that if I needed, they would gladly help me.

I was impressed with how clean & organized the store was, as previously it was quite dirty & dingy. But it appears they have recently taken pride in their store & it shows!

Very friendly & helpful staff who even greet you at the door when you first walk in.

They have a good selection of bird products (cage cleaners, food, toys, etc...).

I came by there yesterday when I had found a lost dog, and since I was on vacation and my hotel did not allow dogs I needed a quiet place so the dog could calm down through the storm. A pretty girl with dark hair and glasses who worked there posted the dog in a local group on Facebook, and thanks to her the dog owners saw the post and the puppy is now home safely! Thank you so much to the staff for helping out this dog :)

Really good store, staff are excellent and really care about all pets. The only thing I have to mark against it is selection of products. It's got everything you could need basics wise, but if I want some new interesting stuff for my hamsters or fish I have to go to Kelowna.
