Reliable Transport

I was glad that Doug quoted me a fair price because I have a shoestring budget. He made sure that my stuff got there safe, and sent me a text the minute it was dropped off at the location. He picked a good name for his company, "Reliable".

We appreciated Doug's quick response to all our phone calls, emails & texts.
He went beyond what you would expect from a Transport Company.
He picked up our trailer, kept in contact with us on his long trip to deliver our trailer to us in northern BC.
He was more than willing to help us in any way we asked.
Very professional and exceeded our expectations.

They arrived early to make sure that my RV was hooked up and ready to go by the time the promised that they would leave to Alberta, which was really cool. I loved how they sent texts to let me know how the trip was going (all the way to Edmonton). That sure gave me piece of mind, knowing everything was alright. WILL USE AGAIN!
