(July 26, 2019, 2:21 am)Gentlemen that helped my son and I was friendly and helpful. I purchased a cooling pillow. I wish he had informed me that the pillow had to be aired out for 2 days before use. My son who is ten was disappointed he had to wait to use his new pillow.
