(April 11, 2017, 4:42 pm)I had reserved a storage unit and planned to store our house contents as we had sold our home and hadn't found a new one. However things quickly changed and we bought a vacant house and the in/out dates lined up perfectly. When I called to inform Stop 'n Store about this they graciously cancelled my reservation with no penalty or charges.I was most impressed that they were so understanding and efficient and can highly recommend their services.
