Tracy was wonderful to deal with when I needed support for a fundraiser in our community.

We had a roof problem at the worst possible time, heavy snow and right in the middle of the Holiday Season.

Total Restoration was there within 45 minutes to start taking care of the problem. They set up the dryers, suggested a way to drain the excess water and contacted a reputable roofing company to fix the problem. Nielsen Roofing is on site right now patching it up until they can replace it in the spring.

The Project Manager and the young lady that showed up for the call have been extremely professional and brought calm and sense of relief to a stressful situation. We are extremely happy with the service and would suggest they be your first call.
