NAG Bag's - Slow Hay Feeders

Got the 1" mesh for my mini horses. It took a few days for them to adjust to them, but they work great and provide a nice slow feed and less competition for food (we use 1 bag per mini and refill each day).

Big ring feeder (4 stars)
The net and ring are fine (got the 1.5" mesh) however the zip ties provided are not strong enough to last and the horses were easily able to break them when pulling hay through. We bought stronger ones (125lbs strength) and now have no issues.

Absolutly the best hay nets I have found... and I have done my research with buying and using half a dozen or more other brands and even DIY slow feeders etc. The knotless netting and easy to open and close system really makes feeding faster and also much easier for others to do when needed (no more teaching friends and family to tie the bags safely). The horses and burros are barefoot and our goats don't have horns, so I can safely feed the bags on the ground and it's the closest we can get to grazing. Filling 16 bags a day and still giving these a 5* review. I have to soak my mare's hay for several hours and so far, several months in, the bag still is like new. No tears or anything. I just rinse them off if they need and refill. I love the 1.5" bags for soaked hay and for most of the herd, and the 1" for really drawing out a meal... though 1" is hard with soaked hay. Also love the trailer bag size for smaller meals. Great customer service as well as expert advise from the NAG team.

Great product and customer service that's top notch! I've tried putting Nag Bags out alongside other bags (that have small knots) and my horses choose the smooth Nag Bags everytime. Love them!

This is my third time ordering these nets. They are by far my favourite out of the others I have tried and out of the 2 brands I have on the feeders the horses always prefer to eat from the nag bag netting first! They last many years, very good quality. Highly recommend these nets for anyone looking. They save on hay being tossed out, help regulate my easy keeper and no more coughing horses!
