Cherry Tree Quilts

I placed an online order because there was an amazing sale on Cotton + Steel double gauze and lawn. Some of the gauze in my order was short so they contacted me and the exchange was very pleasant. I was given a lot of options that were all good possible solutions and in the end I asked if I could have the missing amount refunded. Looking back I wish I'd ordered more instead lawn because it's fantastic. I greatly appreciated the refund, as far as I know this is an independent business not a large chain store, and it was nice to have that offered to me. The condition my order arrived in was fantastic, probably the best condition I've ever had an online fabric order delivered in. The box was appropriately sized, everything was folded and bagged neatly, nothing had any dirt or dust on it, and none of the cuts were under the final amount ordered. I also like the fact that they cut by the meter, I find that a great deal of quilt shops in Canada cut by the yard instead, which means less fabric. Without a doubt I'd order from this shop again and I'd recommend them, great customer service.
