Klahoose Wilderness Resort

Such a gift for our leadership team to visit Klahoose Wilderness Resort in their "off season". This location is a very special spot to connect with nature on and off the water.

We were treated to a fabulous boat ride, delicious food and a cozy space to hold our conversations. Leon was a lovely and charming host that we enjoyed connecting with.

We enjoyed our trip very much! The natural beauty and quiet of the resort and surrounding area were peaceful and relaxing. The variety of activity offerings were just right. Our hosts were great! Everyone was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole experience was well organized, but in a relaxed way. and the food was very good. We are grateful for the sharing of knowledge of the Klahoose culture.

Truly remote wilderness experience

Secured a 3 night Grizzly Bears of Toba Inlet Package seeking a remote wilderness experience. Klahoose Wilderness Resort delivered on all fronts. Flew in from Vancouver on CorilAir Charters and for the last section of the flight flew just a 100 feet above Homfray Channel as the resort came into view. The staff was well informed about the region and were very welcoming. The food was excellent and adapted to guests preferences and allergies.

The two days of grizzly bear viewing was spectacular. We travelled up Homfray Channel to Toba Inlet, with stops along to see ancient First Nations rock art from Klahoose nation, humpback whales and shore spots where previous trips had seen bears. We were lucky to see bears on both days fishing and catching for Chum salmon.

Highly recommend visiting Klahoose Wilderness Resort. I hope to travel back again soon.

Klahoose is a breath of fresh air. The wilderness, the views and the staff where all so great. I would highly recommend to people if ever you want to disconnect from the world Klahoose is the place to be. A place I will cherish

What a spectacular setting and set up! My girlfriend and I travelled to Klahoose Wilderness Resort in June 2021. Everything was planned to perfection by our hosts. Luxury rooms, great facilities, superb hospitality and the meals cooks by the chefs were mind blowing! Lots of wildlife (bald eagles, bears, humpback whales, seals, hummingbirds) so it did not disappoint in any regard. The Klahoose First Nations shared lots of their culture and history with us. Highly recommended!
