We made a last minute reservation and we're able to get a great booking for a day at the beach. The staff on the phone, in the office, and on the water taxis were all friendly and professional.

The water taxis are extremely efficient on time always. And the land taxis are so nice, great customer service!! The only downside is in Lund the customer services in the office and on the water taxi is somewhat non existent. Really mater-of-fact workers in the office, a smile and some compassion would go a long way.
