One of Powell River's many gems.. so many beautiful pieces to look at whether it be art or jewelery or even soaps and scents from The Powell River Natural Soap Lady Misha Brooks-Thoma.

How could you not love a store full of local art.

There is so much talent in this little community! What a beautiful art gallery. So many different types of mediums and artists! I spent so much time taking in the beauty, and left with some awesomely scented handmade soaps. I wish I could've bought everything though. It was all so beautiful!

I love popping into shops that support local artists and crafts people and Artique certainly does that. Paintings by numerous artists in different styles and mediums, jewelry, glasswork, sculpture, leatherwork and paperwork made this a good place to browse. The only reason I don't give this a 5th star is because they couldn't get their pay terminal to work so I had to make my purchase with cash instead of credit card.

Great talent is in this cooperative, a great gallery to visit and get some local art and hand crafted treasures.
