The classes are full of variety and allow me to try many exercises I wouldn't if I were going to a gym. If you struggle with motivation to workout definitely go to Coast and sign up for a few classes :)

Passes are a bit pricey for Powell river but you have the option of joining the energy exchange team to volunteer time in exchange for passes .
