I am so pleased that I used Darick Holler Home Inspections that I don't know if I have enough room here to say it all. I recently purchased a 100 year old house in Townsite. I needed the inspection done QUICKLY but THOROUGHLY. Darick pulled through for me and I received such a comprehensive inspection report that not only was I able to make the most informed decision about the house purchase but I've also been able to use the report as my OFFICIAL TO DO check list as I dive in to required renovations. From the basic stuff (smoke detectors and furnace filters) to more detailed electrical and plumbing and structural info, I am benefiting from every single page in this document.
