She was so helpful and always available for whatever questions I might have, of which there weren’t many because she was always on the ball and one step ahead of the game with making sure I have all of the info I needed (and making sure I understood that info) and had great recommendations for other contractors and services. I’ve felt safe and calm this whole experience and feel confident moving into my new (first!) home. If I ever decide it’s time to move on to a new property she will be my first call.
