Lana is an excellent teacher, she approaches this work with a dedication to accuracy and rigor while maintaining a warm and welcoming approach. I felt supported to gain new knowledge and to apply it in my life at the pace I needed with support all along the way. The Justisse Method has completely shifted my relationship to my body and has supported better communication within my romantic relationship. I could not recommend Lana enough as a guide to reclaiming this vital knowledge about reproductive health. I am so lucky I found Lana to teach me the Justisse Method. She is such a lovely human being, and made it easy for me to feel comfortable sharing details of my life and cycle. I didn't only learn all the rules of the Justisse Method, but also learned how to improve my general health and the health of my cycle. Lana answered all of my questions over and over again to make sure I knew the information. She helped me identify areas where I could improve my health, and gave me resources and support to make changes to my lifestyle. She shows zero judgment and was always available to help! She is so knowledgeable and really helped me to understand the details of the method that I would not have been able to grasp if I had tried to learn on my own. Lana is one of the most applied and caring people I have met, it was such a joy to learn from her throughout my training in the Justisse Method.
