Powell River Taxi 2001

I had booked a taxi the night before unfortunately when I rang the next day there was no record of it, however all was put to rights quickly with a taxi arriving in minutes snd the driver was super friendly and helpful.

Great experience with our pickup from Powell River Airport. Friendly dispatch and driver, and no problems changing the pickup time when the flight was delayed.

Juggling people coming and going from Vancouver to Desolation. In and out of Grief Point and Lund, Powell River Airport and Harbour Air. The dispatching is helpful and informative. I ordered a taxi in advance, for my daughter, from Harbour Air on Powell Lake to the Westview ferry terminal. The dispatcher was very professional and concise. The taxi was waiting for her at least 5 min before the requested time, which was a really nice touch. The driver was very understanding of our need to get to the ferry asap, but couldn't make any promises. He actually made a call to the ferry team asking for a couple min delay so she could catch it and drove her safely on time! Above and beyond service for both taxi company and ferry personnel!

The drivers are always friendly and get you where you need to go. I've had mixed experiences with dispatch. The last time I called the woman I spoke with was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was asking for pick-up at a particular time which she said was not possible (totally fine, I understand that they don't have many drivers) but wow, she was just so rude about it.
