I was visiting Powell River for the long weekend and didn’t have the magnet for my ebike speed sensor. Taws was closed but someone was in the shop and came out to check on me as I called around to see if other shops might have the part. They got me sorted and gave me some great trail advice. Thanks for saving my weekend guys!

On a 2 day riding visit to Powell River, I managed to bust my derailleur hanger. Taws had me riding again in short order and gave us some great loop suggestions. Thank Justin and other nice guy.

You said you “might be able to squeeze the bike in” for derailleur repairs and you were as good as your word. Justin had the job done in 3 hours and, as a result, I had two days of enjoying trails before returning to Vancouver. Many, many thanks ….. Richard
