This is a great store. It is a great and warm environment to start. The crew works hard to keep the best products In the store. We have refinished most of our house with them. We also bought our appliances off of them. We had some problems with our washer, but Kevin and Travis took very good care of us through out the warranty process. We have 2 young children and we really needed the washer. Kevin Bought is a new washer out of pocket so that we didn’t have to wait for the manufacture to send us parts to fix the defective washer. We were really taken back and impressed with this. We love the store and the family that runs the business. I would highly recommend this store for furniture, beds, bedding and appliances.

We bought the Ironman 4.0 a couple months ago and we absolutely love it!! Me (firmer mattress preference) and my wife (softer mattress preference) found it to be the perfect compromise and we both are sleeping well and waking up rested (which was getting to be a little uncommon for me with our old mattress).
We highly recommend the Ironman and other products at Westcoast furniture!!

Our washing machine died just before we were expecting company. I didn’t have a lot of time to do any extensive research on the new machines. So being in a pinch I just went into West Coast Furniture with the intention to check out the different models. I was greeted by Jamie who immediately ascertained my needs and showed me models that were relevant. There weren’t any high pressure sales pitches and she readily answered all my questions. I only had 2 days before the arrival of my guests so I made the purchase, along with the matching dryer, and arrangements for delivery the next day. I would like to commend Jamie and the delivery company for ensuring that I would be prepared for the visitors. Thank you for such excellent service! Another reason to shop locally.

My husband and I recently bought an Ironman mattress from West Coast Furniture. We absolutely love it! We went to the showroom a few different times when deciding on a mattress, and Kevin and Travis both assisted us. They were both great, extremely helpful, and so patient while we made our decision.
I visited West Coast Furniture again a few weeks ago with a friend who was looking for a couch for her new home. Kevin assisted us, and he was great to deal with! West Coast always has such a beautiful selection of furniture, and all the staff there are always so friendly.
