Fantastic service, able to accommodate over long distance correspondence. Jay ran an inspection on a property for us. He was able to get the appointment booked pretty much next-day upon request. Coordinated with me over the phone and email and the whole process was very smooth. Report he provided was detailed and thorough. Overall experience was fantastic. Quick accurate service. Things moved quickly when we bought our house and Jay did and excellent job with a quick turnaround on the inspection while giving us a detailed report. I've had follow-up questions/requests in the following weeks that were also promptly delivered.

Jay got us in very quick to do an inspection on a home we were buying. He went into the house on a Sunday afternoon and by late afternoon we were at the house going over the things he had found. He was very pleasant and easy to work with. He explained everything he found and what he thinks we could do to fix it. By Monday evening we had the full report sent to us with all issues and suggestions on how to fix or who to call! Would recommend Jay to anyone buying a home!
