Texada Island Museum

Absolutely fascinating, educational, inspiring and staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

Stopped in on a Sunday. Dave and other young volunteer shared a bit about the local history. Such a high quality museum which we didn't expect from an unassuming exterior. Go if you have the chance, the mine section is top notch!

What an amazing museum! Totally not what I was expecting from a smaller community in an island setting. The detail and extent that the people of Texada have created their displays is absolutely amazing. There is so much history on this little island and they do a spectacular job at portraying island life over the years. Well done and thank you for the enjoyable experience!

What a little gem, really cool museum showing glimpses of the B.C Coasts past. Russ and Joyce were so gracious and passionate walking us through the various exhibits and experiences, including the mine shaft!
