Ruth, Jeff and the team are all so amazing! The peace of mind I get knowing that my dog is in such loving an caring hands is just the absolute best. They have gone above and beyond for me and my pooch, and my dog has never been so happy!

Have been bringing my dog here for years and it is so nice to have a reliable and trust worthy place for him to go when needed.
Not only do I know my dog is safe and being taken care of by Ruth and Jeff like thier own- my dog loves it! When Kodiak hears "the ruths bus" come down the driveway his tail clears the coffee table and he starts howling :)

We had our beloved Vizsla with Ruth & Jeff for the past 7 weeks. I couldn't recommend their pet hostel more to anyone considering to leave their dog with them. They were original recommend to us from a FB group and they completely over exceeded our expectations.
We didn't plan on having to leave Fred there for as long as we did but with COVID etc. our plans changed. The team up in Pemberton were very flexible and happy to accommodate our changes and with the constant update on the instagram we knew he was having a great time and was in excellent hands. They were also on hand for periodic check in calls to make sure he was settling because we hadn't really left with for such a prolonged period of time before, so were obviously nervous.
It's a little far from where we live in North Van but if you want to give you dog the best experience and care. It's 100% worth it. We will definitely be coming back again if we need to ever travel over seas again without him.
