(March 8, 2023, 8:46 pm)I booked an appointment with Kayleigh through a recommendation, I'm so glad I did:) She created a safe calm environment for each session and massively calmed my anxiety regarding my knee and back injuries. I received mobility and strengthening exercises alongside needling and massage. My pain was reduced and i was able to ski again after a week. Through the exercises she prescribed I have gained strength and mobility in my hips, back and hamstrings. Would highly recommend Kayleigh to anyone wanting physio treatment:) Thank you.

Whatever the problem, she finds the root cause and helps work on fixing the problem in a professional yet approachable manner.
She takes the time to explain what's going on, what she's doing, and why the exercises she prescribes will make a difference.
I hope to continue to see her, as needed, for many years to come.
