I was passing through Pemberton when I got a check coolant fluid notification on my car. It wasn’t a simple top-up, it needed a specialty coolant fluid and to be flushed and changed. Mike at Silvorn said to go ahead and bring it in, they took a look at it right away and found the proper coolant, they were able to do the radiator flush for me and had me back on the road very quickly. I very much appreciated their courteousness and efficiency.

One of the newly installed airbags on our siENNA van broke while TOWING our travel trailer to Birkenhead lake. The next chance we had to visit a garage in Pemberton we went into Silvhorn automotive. They quickly diagnose the problem ordered the new bag and proceeded to do the repair they scheduled the repair on a super hot busy day June 31 and added us to their already very busy schedule. Mike spearheaded the whole process. Tanya was also a big help. They were so nice and reassuring. Then Mike informed us their was a 2 year warranty on the part. We had no idea. He encouraged us to speak to our local garage once back in Vancouver. We did speak to our garage list and a refund is in process which is great. Also Mike sent us a text asking us if everything went well on our travel home to Vancouver. All this to say that you folks in Pemberton are so lucky to have such a good garage with efficient, kind staff.

My car broke down While I was going to work, it’s the only one we use to commute to work I really need mechanic to fix my car on that day so I tried callIng Silverhorn and Mike, without hesitation said to bring the car and he will fix it on that day. Mike is very professional and very helpful he understood our situation. Highly recommended

In past 6 months had wheel bearings replaced, windshield wiper repair, new battery installed and maintenance service on numerous occasions on aging 15 yr old SUV. The staff are all very pleasant and courteous, appointments are quick and work is done in a timely manner. I am very satisfied and will be back for all my auto repair and service needs.
