Wild Havens Pop Up Glamping

I cannot say enough about Wild Havens and their unique services we used for our wedding last summer. They were always quick to communicate, set up the tents on time, and wow'ed so many of our guests. We used both the Deluxe and Furnished packages, and in retrospect really wish we had also included the Chill-Out Lounge. Wild Havens was worth every penny and we cannot wait for an excuse to enjoy these tents again! :)

We could not have imagined our wedding weekend without Wild Havens! Not only was this a perfectly practical choice to be able to have more guests stay on site at our venue, but it added an incredibly magical aesthetic background for our photos. The team at Wild Havens was incredibly organized leading up to the event, providing a shared spreadsheet to show which guests had booked a tent. They arrived on the day before our wedding and set everything up seamlessly for our guests, and handled the tear down of the tents the day after our wedding in a timely manner. The quality of the tents and all the bedding/furniture was incredible; all our guests raved about how comfortable they felt. Truly such a worthwhile part of our wedding weekend! My only regret is not being able to stay in one ourselves, so we will be looking to book them for our next weekend in BC!

Laura and Rich were fantastic to communicate with and their beautiful bell tents enhanced the aesthetic of our wedding. Our guests absolutely loved them and they were great for folks coming in from across the country. We also had them set up their 'chill lounge' in an XL tent and it was such a great space to have for guests to hang out, play games and escape the Squamish rain in! I've been to multiple weddings that they have set up at, and every one has been fabulous! They are comfortable, clean and a great way to treat your guests!

We've used Wild Havens for the 2nd year in a row now for our office summer party and they are amazing company. Very easy to work with and the tent set ups are always amazing! Highly recommend them!

My sister got married back in August of 2021 in Pemberton, BC.
The fully furnished large bell tent from Wild Havens was certainly an integral piece to her rustic mountain wedding venue.
We chose a half dressing room, half lounge set up and used the tent as a "getting ready" space for the bridal party, the starting point for the ceremony procession, as well as a private and quiet space for parents with young children to use.
Not only was the tent aesthetically pleasing (fantastic lighting for photographs) it was extremely functional and merged perfectly with the surrounding mountain views.
The team at Wild Havens were so kind and easy to work with. The set up and take down was seamless, gifting us one less thing to worry about on such a busy occasion.
We plan to utilize Wild Havens' services for many events to come.
