Amazing customer service from Alba Distribution. I ordered a dyed bro frame protector kit and is shipped within 2 days. Upon receiving it I noticed there was a printing error. Matt from Alba got back to me right away and immediately offered a replacement and it arrived two days later. In addition Matt encouraged me to find a good home for the original kit and use it anyway I wanted. It is rare to find a company willing to do that and keep the original out of the landfill as well as save me the hassle for return shipping. I 100% recommend Albadistribution!

Ben and the guys at ALBA were great to deal with, knew everything about the product, and were able to offer some great recommendations based on their own knowledge and experience. Parts are difficult and sparse during these COVID times and this crew made it happen. You can't go wrong dealing with these guys. I'll definitely be sending family and friends their way. Purchased a set of Cura 4 brakes for the new bike. Brakes are almost amazing as the service......LOL.....seriously, an amazing set of brakes that I think personally perform better the SRAM or Shimano.
