Gerry and the team are great at fixing vehicles. First time needing a repair. They fixed my front bumper, fender, and headlights. It looks brand new again. I'm unsure what mindset most of these people had when they left a bad review. Fixing a car takes a lot of work. They're good folks. Just be clear and concise with what you think may need work. I didn't need my vehicle to commute to work, which is why I felt alright that it took long for them to fix it. Be honest with your perceived timing. They'll give you a vehicle if you need it to commute to work. As with payment, do your research and maybe bite the insurance cost. ?

Great experience. went in to get my truck fixed after someone rear ended me. They had a quote for me in a few days, and fixed all my dented panels in under 48 hrs. Looks good as new.
They also have loaner cars equipped with good snow tires, which made coming down from Whistler way better.
Awesome to see the dad training the son to get into the family business!
Definitley an old school family atmosphere to this nostalgic shop.
