I cracked through a 6” ice slab and into a mud pit below with my truck. Completely stuck with my undercarriage resting on the cracked slab I called Encore after not getting through to BCAA. He arrived as quickly as he said he would and winched me out. It wasn’t the easiest to get me out as I was deep in it but mission accomplished. Am very thankful for the timely service off road and in a snow storm at 9:30pm!
We had locked our keys in our car and we called Encore. Within 5 mins he was here and 2 mins later, our car was unlocked. Absolutely amazing!!
