(September 6, 2018, 8:18 pm)I have been going to Flow for years. The Instructors are extremely talented, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They have created a wonderful community within the Squamish community. The facility is always clean with excellent modern equipment for use. If you are looking to improve yourself and learn martial arts in a very open and welcoming environment, then this is the place for you.
(August 7, 2017, 5:10 am)We went to a great 3 year olds birthday party here. They did a little class for the kids that kept them engaged. They also have kids ninja classes, open gym and other classes. Our toddler loves the open gym for climbing on blocks, swinging on bars and jumping off boxes.
