Free Flow Plumbing is one of our top trades, providing a high quality reliable service that can be sometimes hard to find. They consistently outperform on both our new home and renovation projects. We highly recommend them.

We have nothing but great things to say for Garrett and his crew at Freeflow. We recently completed a fairly major job with them as part of a new home purchase & reno.
During the purchase process Garrett was able to get in on a tight schedule (and coordinate with us while we were out of town) to estimate and get a quote for work needed to remediate a known concern, which allowed us to negotiate with the sellers.
We then had Freeflow come on to do a fairly major overhaul of our perimeter drainage system at the exterior of the house, while also remediating a previously-flooded crawlspace (including sprayfoam); replacing our electric water heater with a gas on-demand water heater; and installing a whole new HRV system with ducting to send clean air to every room in the house. Suffice it to say, a fairly major job.
During the process everyone at freeflow was excellent. Garrett provided very clear and complete quotes in advance with different options/prices so it was easy to choose. He managed his team well and a subcontractor (plus going to bat for us, saving us over $1000 on one particular matter). He also did a great job of juggling times and schedules to work with other contractors who were on site doing other jobs.
In particular we really appreciate the clear, timely and complete communication along the whole way. In contrast to some other of our experiences with other trades, Garrett gave us a very stress-free experience.

    5 stars. Would definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure to work with Garret and his team on an extensive complex renovation. They have raised the bar for plumbing service's in the sea to sky corridor in my mind. Their attention to detail, positive attitude and commitment throughout the build to see the project completed on schedule is bar none. The team at free flow excelled at being proactive in problem solving and planning. Not just a sub-contractor but a team player. I look forward to working with free flow again on many more projects.

Garret is a uniquely skilled, very intelligent, and unusually effective professional. Everything in his work exceeds the most demanding standards: abilities, tools, imagination, courtesy, interest for a job completed to perfection and care for the customer's needs and wants. I had a "simple" problem: low pressure from the hot water tap in the master bathroom. Prior to contacting Garret (I just happened to like his self-presentation on his website), I had two quotations from another (presumably "reputed") company; their plan had been to radically renovate the bathroom in order to "luckily" find the problem. Garret, too, kept this alternative as a solution (and his estimate of cost was about half of what I had received from the other company), but decided to proceed first to a thorough investigation of what actually was causing the lack of pressure. In the end, he found the cause, but no "normal" plumbing professional would have been able to access the problem-area as Garret did. He drilled a hole in the ceiling of the kitchen (on the lower floor, just below the bathroom) and used contortionist-artistry to fix the problem, approx. 2 feet above the ceiling level, through an opening not larger than 10x10 in. And then he invoiced me an amount which was about 70% of what I had anticipated. In conclusion, Garret is a wonderful person, a great professional, a very honest businessman, and - after interacting with him for a grand total of about 4 hours, 5 or 6 phone conversations, and about 10 e-mails, I consider him as trustworthy as any of my lifetime friends.
