Heidi is well informed and current, she has a room full of fitness 'toys' that make a workout fun, she's personable and attentive - I highly recommend Garibaldi Fitness/Heidi Stokes for anyone who wants to 'train up' for an event, or get back in shape, or start fitness for the very first time.
