It is rare for me to leave a review for anything, but the kindness that Steph showed me was remarkable and I am so thankful she was recommended to me. My iPhone 11 stopped working two weeks ago and I went to the Telus store to see what I could do about getting a new one. He passed me Steph's number and I explained to her that my screen had been previously fixed in Alberta a few months prior. She told me to mail it back so they could fix it under warranty, and in the meantime, she would lend me a loaner phone at no cost. Because of the nature of my work, having a phone while I waited for mine to be repaired was an absolute lifesaver. I cannot stress how kind it was of her, at no charge, to offer that. After the company in Alberta told me my phone screen warranty with them was void, I had them mail it back so I could give my business to Steph. Steph was later able to determine that my screen was in-fact working and there was just a wire loose inside. She not only saved me the cost of a new screen, she had my phone back in my hands, working again, within 24 hours. We are all so dependant on our phones these days, and I believe many companies take advantage of that desperation and charge overinflated prices that people are willing to pay to get their phones back and working. Steph was the exact opposite - she genuinely offered her services as a way to help at an affordable cost. I am not sure how many people will read my long-winded review, but I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS WOMAN to anyone needing their apple phone repaired/screen replaced. She was excellent!
