Many months later, we are still upset by the closure of the Vancouver location due to real estate development. Such a shame that Canada's No. 1 dog daycare was forced to close, leaving us with no option that compares. RuffStuff is beyond amazing. From clean facilities (and no foul smell), to excellent staff who provided training and care, we will never find a better daycare. Gordie still misses his daily hikes with his pack! The Squamish location is always an option for extended stays. Keep up the great work! We miss you dearly.

We have left our dog w them three times now . They are very professional in the way that run their business! They always reply or get back to me promptly whenever I have a questions or concerns! My dog seems excited every time we arrive at their door and is exhausted when I pick him up! They spend a lot of time outdoors which my dog loves, but also give them time to come in and take breaks and snooze! All around, it’s been a positive experience for us!

My Dogs are happy to be dropped off at Ruff Stuff and like to see the staff and have fun. They have also stayed for a week each summer the past 3 yrs. I feel confidant they will be well looked after when I'm away.
The staff are very good to give me feed back of their stay.
Ruff Stuff is their second home!

We had a meet and greet today which went amazing! It’s nice to see they take the time to make sure it’ll be a good fit for everyone. It was organized and seamless. Very friendly and welcoming!
