Sinopoli Construction is second to none. We were so fortunate to work with Steve as our builder. We did a complete rebuild and put our trust in Steve’s hands to coordinate the demolition of our existing house and to custom build our two-storey forever home. His craftmanship and experience made this very overwhelming and big project come together so smoothly with a finished product beyond our dreams. Steve’s attention to detail in his work is truly incredible.  We are very happy customers and highly recommend Sinopoli Construction!

I am really pleased to have had a very successful renovation of my townhouse by Steve Sinopoli. He has excellent workmanship, he's meticulous in his attention to detail, is trustworthy, honest and reliable. His depth of knowledge of construction is invaluable, and I'm grateful for Steve's suggestions and recommendations he offered up.
He has a keen eye for getting the best dollar value in supplies, materials, and other purchases. We reno'd the kitchen and bathrooms, upgraded electrical, and made some fabulous improvements to the garage. Steve did quite a bit of yard (hardscaping) improvements. He always left the worksite clean and organized, worked well with other trades, and ran the job with confidence. He knows home renovations so well, many times he had recommendations that I didn't even know existed.
I'm thoroughly pleased with his work on my home renovation, I would recommend Sinopoli Construction wholeheartedly.

Steve was great. Simple quoting process, easy to communicate with and did a really fantastic job installing our door and frame to match the rest of the house. We had the pleasure of having Sinopoli Construction build our dream home. It came to fruition because of Steven’s vision and talent. Initially we were reluctant to build ‘from the ground up’, but during the planning stages, he patiently walked us through the process and put our fears to rest. He was respectful of our budget and maintained open lines of communication. (He was always available to answer questions, respond to emails, texts and phone calls – daily.)
He is an incredible craftsman. No detail was left unattended. He brought to our project knowledge, experience and an amazing ability to pull ideas together. We were not the only ones to notice his abilities. Many of the Trades would comment on how meticulous he was and what a pleasure it was to work with/for him. We love our new home.
