Consistent service and product. However, Starbucks needs to sort out their policy with washrooms. As they are very busy Cafes due to their popularity, they need to have more than just one washroom and another for Handicap. Line ups for the washrooms are always long...it was the case at this location. At one point there was 9 people waiting.

Busy location in a busy location. Staff holds it together well and gets it done. Sometimes long lines but you still get a smile and you aren't rushed. If SB is your place this one's a good one.

Friendly staff nice place to go to get some work done

Unless you have been living under a rock you know what to expect food and beverage wise. This is a very busy place and although the staff are very friendly they don't seem to be very efficient. There was a significant line to both order and pick up and when I used my gold status to get a refill the manager had to take over the transaction because the staff didn't know what to do.
