I was having trouble adding a second line to my account . Once I got incorrect info from a Telus support person on the phone and then from a LiveChat. Cody went into my account and quickly got everything straightened out. All with a smile that gave me great confidence. I came in unhappy and left smiling.

Awesome phone store! Lesley Dong took great care of us making sure we both got the best deal for our phones and accessories. Have been here many times - service is always good, but today I had the best and fastest service than I have ever received at this store before. Andrew was AWESOME! He answered all our questions with speed and confidence and gave us excellent service! We got a new phone for my son with no issues and no frivilous or unecessary costs.
