After two years of "attempting" to workout at home and rehabbing an injury I'm so glad I've found Hannah. I knew she was right for me when after only one session I could touch my toes. Literally never in my life have I touched my toes. 😂
She's created a super welcoming space, I feel excited for my sessions as I build back strength (and motivation!)
Having a program created specifically for my needs, and having her guide me through it has made SUCH a difference in my workouts and relationship with excercisw. Ensuring proper form, reminding me to breathe, and pushing + encouraging me has helped me in my sessions with her and in activities outside the gym! Can't recommend her enough. 🙏🏻
I've had a few sessions with Hannah now and I am so grateful for her. Her attention to proper form helped me get back into working out without hurting myself. I am always so impressed at the little adjustments she makes to make sure you're engaging properly. The studio is such a clean and cute little space as well!
I really liked working with Hannah: how she personalized the exercises to adapt to my fused ankle, or to adapt to the fact that I had my 4-month babe with me (hello baby squats). This latter opportunity was quite a treat: there are few fitness coaches that will let you bring your kiddo but also distract them and adjust to them when they inevitably get fussy. And, at last, Hannah is just a genuinely nice and grounded human, so that’s always nice.
Hannah’s baby mama workout class is everything a new mama needs! The pelvic floor focused exercises, with modifier options, makes the class perfect for any level of fitness. The laid back atmosphere allows for mama to attend to babies needs at any time. The classes inclusive, positive vibe creates the perfect environment to push yourself within your own comfort level.
Hannah is very caring and attentive to our unique needs, limits, and goals. She is also highly encouraging and motivates us to (safely) push our boundaries and reach new milestones in our path to fitness. Hannah knows how to kick our butts into high gear and has already helped us surpass hurdles we never thought possible!
Our sessions are always fun yet challenging thanks to Hannah’s personal commitment to our health and her high attention to detail. Training with Hannah is absolutely awesome, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone in search of a motivational, highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and truly inspirational PT. We’re thrilled with our results to date and even more thrilled to been teamed up with Hannah.
