OK Tire

Very good service from the guy who did my tires! The shop itself is very professional and takes good care of its customers. Im a picky consumer as i feel we are living with the challenge of having individualized service experience compromised in the era of many large corporate outfits that dont have any mpetition from small business. Its taking the customer out of the customer service equation. If your in squamish and find yourself in need of emergency repairs, this is your stop!

I have now been to this OK Tire three times. First was for a patch which they fixed promptly and for a lower than expected price. The other two times have been to troubleshoot tire vibration and an odd occasional break noise respectively. Despite my request for a balance to resolve the vibration they advised that the balance was fine and that it was a wear issue with the tire. They did not charge me. For the break noise, they attempted to diagnose the issue but could not find anything after a test drive or inspection. Once again, no charge and they encouraged me to come back for another try if the issue persists. I highly recommend the shop for their honesty and customer service.

Amazing! No wonder these guys always receive such great reviews. They made sure I was safe for the upcoming long weekend by sneaking me in for a last minute tire patch. Beautiful to see that small town service still exists in Squamish!
