I believe things have changed a lot with the new crew and management and On Side in Squamish. We had the most incredible experience with them as they supported and guided our family through a very stressful time. Kendra is amazing! She even responded to messages while she was meant to be on vacation. Kendra actually cares that your home gets put back together properly and I can’t say enough about her, Mike, and all of the crew they work with. Service was great. The process was explained at the start and I was kept informed throughout the process. The staff and subcontractors were excellent - the work was well done and everyone left my home cleaner than how they found it. Onside was very flexible and worked around my schedule to reduce disruptions to my life. Everyone was also great with my overly friendly dog who tries to get in the way as much as possible!
