Sea To Sky Computer Guy

I was looking for what was in my opinion a relatively simple PC laptop repair in the Whistler area. Local businesses here would either only work on Mac computers, give me half an answer (and expensive quotes) before ignoring my other questions, or just not reply to me at all.

I found Paul after expanding my search to a larger area. He was quick to reply and gave me a good idea of what could be done to help me before we met in person. I dropped off my computer at his house in Squamish and he kept me up to date while he was doing the repair. He also offered simple, affordable and detailed solutions and options to improve my laptop's performance.

I was very impressed with the result of his work, and he went well beyond my expectations. My computer now works better than it ever did.

It was definitely worth the drive to Squamish. Whistler "computer repair" businesses please take notes: Paul is a prime example of professionalism and quality costumer service.

I have contacted Paul three times and have always found him to be responsive, fast, professional, helpful, and generous with his time. His services are very affordable and he cares about helping. Most recently, I experienced an unresponsive external hard drive with over 500GB of work files inaccessible. In addition to several suggested solutions, he instructed me how to troubleshoot on my own, which ultimately worked. I can't recommend him enough!

Paul was able to fix up and upgrade my laptop saving me from having to purchase a new one. He was timely with his work and very attentive during the whole process. An overall great experience from a great guy!

Excellent service! I had viruses on my computer that wouldn't allow me to work on my notebook. Paul run multiple software and got it all cleaned up and working. He also added some direction and tips to keep my computer clean and functional. Amazing service for very cheap. I also had an issues with my power supply and he would try to make it work, after regular hours for me. Thank you Paul!
