We had heat pump issues in the middle of an extreme heat wave, and I contacted multiple companies over the weekend to get some relief. Western Technical Systems replied to their online form within hours, and a technician visited us the next day. They were the quickest the get back to us and were able to see us the soonest, and their technician took the time to explain what was going on in detail. We'd definitely use their services again!

I have used Matt a few times for different projects in Whistler and he has always been very responsive and reliable. The work was always carried out efficiently and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Matt always responds immediately if I have any issues and I feel I can rely on them to get the job done.

We upgraded from an electrical furnace to a high efficiency heat pump. We got our first quote from these guys in 2017 and then again in 2020 and finally decided to go ahead. We dragged our feet deciding and called so many times through both quoting processes. They were responsive and honest and great to communicate with. We ended up getting a humidifier attached to our heat pump and they even put a sensor in our baby's nursery for 2 weeks to ensure it was working.

Since installation we keep our house 3 degrees warmer and enjoy a 1/3rd reduction in our heat bill. We really should have done this years ago. They also helped us get the rebate from the BC government.
