Aava Whistler Hotel

Decent hotel to stay in for a few days. The room looked clean enough but the mugs and cups looks like it wasnt cleaned properly. There were also leftover food in the fridge that looked like its been there for a while.
The staff was friendly. There's heated pool and hot tub outside, so its a fun experience to go during winter. It's also a decent walk to go around the village and the activities are just a few minutes walk.

Excellent little hotel super close to everything, very reasonable rates, and extra-mile level staff. I’m not into pet friendly hotels, and had I observed any trace of an animal in my room was prepared to leave. The room, while simple, was clean as a whistle, had a Keurig, a fridge, and enough space for us, our kids, and the hockey gear. The lady at check-in was incredibly accommodating to my requests (stupid late check out associated with my kid’s game) for a small extra fee, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. Just excellent!

This hotel was OK, the outside pool was nice and fun for the kids (thankfully the weather was amazing). The rooms were alright, not many amenities but super close to the village so you can walk and grab anything. Some things were in need of replacement/cleaning.

Was slightly disappointed in this hotel. The room smelled like a wet dog when we arrived and had not been aired out. When asking for a new room unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. There was also dog food pebbles on the floor indicating that it had not been cleaned properly. It was quiet and was decent value despite the issues. There is a nice hot tub and pool on-site.

Pet friendly hotel, we stayed for 2 nights with our dog. Top location, very close to Whistler Village, only 2-3 minutes walking. Check in was nice and easy, surprisingly we could check in when we arrived about two hours before their official check in time. We booked through Expedia and got free self parking as VIP perk. When we got to the room, it had been nicely cooled down by the AC. It was a pleasant surprise considering the hot weather outside this summer. We found a spot on the bed sheet, but it was OK, we could just take it off, and not use it. Overall was good. We stayed at this hotel as well last summer, and would love to come again.
